School Improvement Council http://school-improvement-counc.dorchester.fdhs.schoolfusion.us  The School Improvement Council is a committee made up of falculty, staff, students, parents, and community members with the common goal of making Fort Dorchester a better acedemic enviroment. The SIC participates in the development of the five-year School Improvement plan; advises the spending of state incentive award funds; and writes the annual Report to the Parents.
